Since 2004 Artur Skiba has been successfully leading the Antal International operations in Poland. From a team of 7 employees he developed Antal in Poland into an efficient organisation of over 100 talented individuals, opened regional offices in Krakow and Wroclaw, and placed Antal International among the top recruitment companies in Poland. Since 2010 Artur Skiba is also the Vicepresident in the board of Association of Employment Agencies (SAZ), responsible for the recruitment section. As an expert in the field of executive recruitment in CEE region he is often quoted by economic and HR media.
