Maciej Gołębiewski is a real estate professional with more than 14 years of work experience in commercial real estate. He is a professional member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. In last few years Maciej concluded several major transactions on behalf of clients from banking, consulting, BPO/SSC and IT sectors. He advised numerous clients in setting up their centres in Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań, Łódź, Gdynia nad many more cities in Poland. Currently Maciej is a director responsible for leasing and marketing of development projects at Avestus Real Estate.
